LEVEL 2 DIPLOMA IN STEELFIXING OCCUPATIONS
This course is designed as a proven qualification for individuals in the steel fixing industry. By entering into this course there will be a recognition of the skills, knowledge and competence that is required to specialize in steel fixing throughout the construction industry.

Throughout these qualifications applicants will expand upon their health and safety knowledge, conform to productive workplace practices as well as have the option to specialize in steel construction techniques.

Through a number of applications in steel mesh construction tasks, bar spacing and more, fresh graduates will have the option to showcase their skills in a number of positions throughout the construction industry.

This course can prepare someone for entering into a new aspect of the construction industry, readying themselves for employment or starting your very own business in steel fixing construction.

This course is completed with a pass or fail exam and includes the qualification after 480 hours of study. Assessments are carried out by ProQual for quality assurance.

Assessment:
Pass or fail exam based on a total qualification time of 480 hours with 160 guided learning hours. The assessment is internally assessed and verified by staff center and then examined with quality assurance by ProQual.
